Begin your journey at the Ibb Central Market (سوق إب المركزي). From the market, head north towards the Al-Mahwit Road (طريق المحويت). Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Al-Jawf Road (طريق الجوف). Turn right onto Al-Jawf Road and follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a small roundabout. Take the second exit onto the road that leads to Wadi Dahr. Follow the signs indicating 'دار الحجر' (Dar AlHajar) as you approach the Wadi Dahr area. The landmark will be visible as you get closer, perched on a rocky outcrop.

Alternatively, you can start from the Ibb University (جامعة إب). Exit the university and head east towards Al-Mahwit Road. Turn left and walk until you reach the Wadi Dahr Road. Follow this road, and keep an eye out for the signs for Dar AlHajar. It’s a bit of a hike, but the views along the way are quite beautiful. Upon reaching Wadi Dahr, you will be able to see the stunning architecture of Dar AlHajar in the distance.
