Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the capital city, Hadibo. From Hadibo, head east on the main road towards Qalansiyah. After approximately 40 km, look for a sign directing you towards Diksam, then turn onto the road leading north. Continue for about 20 km until you reach the Diksam area. The drive offers beautiful views of the unique Socotra landscape, so take your time to enjoy the scenery.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a shared taxi from Hadibo to Diksam. Head to the taxi stand in Hadibo and look for a vehicle heading towards Qalansiyah. Once you are near Qalansiyah, inform the driver that you wish to go to Diksam. The fare should be around 2000 to 3000 Yemeni Rial (approximately $8-$12). The journey may take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the number of passengers and road conditions.
