Car
If you are driving to Munga Eco-Lodge, start from the main road leading into Batoka Gorge. Head towards Livingstone. Once you reach the town of Livingstone, follow the signs towards Linda. Continue on the Linda road until you see a sign for Munga Eco-Lodge. The lodge is located approximately 15 kilometers from the center of Livingstone. Look for a turn-off to the lodge, which will be on your left side. The entrance is well-marked, and there is parking available on site.
Public Transportation
To reach Munga Eco-Lodge using public transport, first, take a minibus or a taxi from the center of Livingstone towards Linda. The fare should be around 10 ZMW (Zambian Kwacha). Inform the driver that you are heading to Munga Eco-Lodge, and they will drop you at the nearest point to the lodge. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1-2 kilometers to reach the lodge, following the signs along the road. Ensure you have local currency (ZMW) on hand for the transportation fare.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Livingstone to Munga Eco-Lodge. This option is convenient and will take approximately 20 minutes. The cost for a taxi ride should range from 100 to 150 ZMW, depending on your negotiating skills. Ensure you agree on the price before starting your journey. The taxi driver will take you directly to the lodge entrance.
