If you are traveling by car within Lower Zambezi National Park, start from the main park entrance, which is located at the confluence of the Zambezi River and the Luangwa River. Drive along the park's main road, which is well-marked. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers, keeping an eye out for wildlife. You will then reach the sign for Tusk and Mane. Turn left at the sign and follow the dirt road for about 5 kilometers until you arrive at Tusk and Mane. Be prepared for some bumps along the way, as this is a rural road.

Public Transportation
If you are relying on public transportation, you will need to first reach the nearest town, which is Chirundu. From Chirundu, take a local shuttle or taxi to the Lower Zambezi National Park entrance. Once inside the park, you can either hire a local guide with a vehicle to take you to Tusk and Mane or arrange for a pick-up service directly through Tusk and Mane. It's advisable to contact Tusk and Mane in advance to ensure transportation is available upon your arrival.

If you happen to be staying within walking distance of Tusk and Mane, you can simply follow the park's well-trodden paths. Keep in mind that walking in the park requires caution; always be aware of your surroundings as wildlife may be present. To reach Tusk and Mane from a nearby lodge, walk towards the main park road and then follow the signs to Tusk and Mane, which should be approximately a 1 to 2-hour walk depending on your starting point.
