Car

From Lufupa River Camp, head south on the main road towards the Kafue River. Continue driving on this road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction. Turn left at the junction towards the Mukambi Safari Lodge. The lodge is located about 5 kilometers down this road. Keep an eye out for the Mukambi Safari Lodge sign on your right.
Public Transportation

To reach Mukambi Safari Lodge from Lufupa River Camp using public transportation, first, find a local taxi or minibus heading towards the nearest town, which is roughly 30 kilometers away. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction leading to Mukambi Safari Lodge. From there, you can hire a local taxi to cover the remaining 5 kilometers to the lodge. Be sure to confirm the fare beforehand; expect to pay around 50 Zambian Kwacha for the taxi ride.
Walking

If you are adventurous and prefer to walk, you can hike from Lufupa River Camp to Mukambi Safari Lodge. The total distance is about 35 kilometers, mostly along the main road. Begin by heading south on the main road towards the Kafue River, and follow the directions as if you were driving. This trek could take several hours, so ensure you have plenty of water and snacks.
