Getting There

Car
If you are driving, start from the nearest major town, Solwezi. Head southwest on the M20 road toward Mufulira. After approximately 70 kilometers, you'll reach the junction for the J65 road. Turn left onto J65 and continue for about 50 kilometers until you reach Mutanda. Follow the signs for Mutanda Falls, which will lead you directly to the falls. Be sure to have a GPS or a map handy, as some of the signage may not be very clear.

Public Transportation
From Solwezi, take a minibus taxi heading toward Mufulira. These minibuses frequently leave from the Solwezi bus station. After about 1.5 hours, alight at the junction for the J65 road. From there, you will need to hire a taxi or find local transport to take you the remaining 50 kilometers to Mutanda Falls, as public transport may not go directly to the falls. Expect to pay around ZMW 200-300 for the taxi ride.

If you prefer walking and are already in the vicinity of Mutanda, you can hike to the falls. From the nearest village, follow local paths leading toward the J65 road.
