From Kafue, take the T2 road heading east towards the town of Chingola. After about 30 kilometers, you will reach the town of Serenje. From Serenje, follow the signs to Luwingu, which is approximately 100 kilometers away. After Luwingu, follow the road signs to Lake Bangweulu, which is roughly another 60 kilometers. The lake is well-signposted, and you can also ask locals for directions if needed. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel and check road conditions, especially during the rainy season.
