    If you are travelling by car, start from the nearest major town, which is Kasama. Head southeast on the M1 road towards Mbala. After approximately 50 km, turn onto the Chipili road (a gravel road) at the sign for Chipili. Continue on this road for about 30 km until you reach the small town of Chipili. Once in Chipili, follow the local signs or ask for directions to Nalupembe Water Falls, which is located at coordinates 73CV+CGH. The falls are approximately 10 km from the center of Chipili. Be cautious as the road can be rough, and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Nalupembe Water Falls using public transportation, first take a bus or shared taxi from Kasama to Chipili. The fare is generally around ZMW 50-70 and the journey takes about 1.5 hours.
