Car
If you are driving, begin your journey by heading towards Livingstone. From the center of Livingstone, take Mosi-Oa-Tunya Road, which is well-marked. Continue on this road for approximately 8 kilometers. Maramba River Lodge will be on your left, just before you reach the entrance to the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
To reach Maramba River Lodge via public transport, you can take a local bus or minibus from the Livingstone bus station. Look for buses heading towards the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park. Inform the driver or conductor that you are going to Maramba River Lodge. The fare is typically around 10 Zambian Kwacha. After approximately 20 minutes of travel, get off when you see the lodge on your left. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance.
Taxi or Ride-Sharing
For a more convenient option, consider taking a taxi from anywhere in Livingstone directly to Maramba River Lodge. You can easily find taxis at various points in the city. The journey should take about 15-20 minutes and will cost approximately 50-100 Zambian Kwacha, depending on your starting point. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your trip.
