Car
If you're driving, start from Mutare city center. Head southeast on Herbert Chitepo Street towards the A5 highway. Continue on the A5 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Bvumba. Turn left onto the road leading into the Bvumba Mountains. Follow this road for about 10 kilometers until you see signs for Howth Farm, which is located at Plot 14 Bvumba. The farm is well-marked and should be easy to find.
Public Transportation
To reach Marudzi Sunset Farm via public transport, take a shared taxi (commonly referred to as a 'kombie') from Mutare to Bvumba. Kombies leave from designated taxi ranks in the city center. The journey to Bvumba will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Bvumba, you can either walk (about 2 kilometers) towards Howth Farm or arrange a local taxi to take you there. Make sure to inform the driver of your destination to ensure you are dropped off at the correct location.
Walking
If you are already in Bvumba and prefer to walk, head southeast from the main road where the kombies drop you off. Follow the signs towards Howth Farm, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from the main road. The walk offers beautiful views of the hills, so take your time and enjoy the scenery.
