From the center of Gweru, start at the Gweru City Council building on Robert Mugabe Way. Head south towards the traffic lights at the intersection with 5th Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 9th Street. Turn left onto 9th Street and walk straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Bulawayo Road. Follow Bulawayo Road until you reach the next roundabout. At this roundabout, take the first exit onto the road that leads towards the Gweru Sports Club. Continue walking along this road. Once you reach the Gweru Sports Club, keep walking straight until you see a dirt road on your right. Turn onto this dirt road and follow it for approximately 1 km until you reach Madzivambada. Look for the historical landmark signs indicating the site.
