From the center of Hwange town, head east on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Airport Road. Turn left onto Airport Road and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You'll pass by a few local shops and the Hwange Main Camp. Continue straight until you see signs for the Diki Village area. Follow the signs, and after about 2 kilometers, you'll arrive at Diki Village. Kalope Dam is located within this village area, approximately 1 kilometer from the main road. Look for local signage directing you to the dam.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Hwange town. Start from the Main Street and cycle east towards Airport Road. Turn left onto Airport Road and continue for approximately 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Diki Village and follow them for about 2 kilometers. Once you reach Diki Village, you can park your bicycle and walk the remaining 1 kilometer to Kalope Dam, following local signs.

In Hwange, find a motorcycle taxi (commonly known as a 'boda-boda') and negotiate a fare with the driver. Ask to be taken to Diki Village, which is approximately 4 kilometers from the town center. The driver will take you directly to the village area. Once you arrive in Diki Village, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Kalope Dam. It should be within a short walking distance from where you are dropped off.
