Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the central area of Masvingo, start at the Masvingo Bus Station. From there, head southeast on Mbuya Nehanda Street towards Bypass Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the A4 highway. Cross the highway and continue straight onto Takaindisa Road. Follow Takaindisa Road for about 3 kilometers, and you will see the signs for Takaindisa village on your left. The tourist attraction will be located within the village.

    Starting from the Masvingo Central Park, head south on Robert Mugabe Way until you reach the intersection with Mbuya Nehanda Street. Turn left onto Mbuya Nehanda Street and continue heading southeast towards Bypass Road. Turn right onto Bypass Road and cycle for about 1 kilometer until you reach the A4 highway. Cross the highway and continue straight onto Takaindisa Road. Keep cycling for approximately 3 kilometers, and you will arrive at Takaindisa village, where the tourist attraction is located.

    From the main bus terminal in Masvingo, find a minibus heading to Takaindisa village. These minibuses frequently depart from the terminal.
