Getting There

• Car

  From Midlands, head northwest towards Gweru on the A5 highway. Continue driving for approximately 140 kilometers until you reach Gweru. From Gweru, take the A6 highway towards Bulawayo. Once you reach Bulawayo, switch to the A8 highway heading towards Victoria Falls. The drive from Bulawayo to Victoria Falls is approximately 440 kilometers. Once you arrive in Victoria Falls, follow Livingstone Way which will lead you directly to the Victoria Falls Bridge.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  To travel by bus, start at any major bus station in Midlands. Look for a bus heading to Victoria Falls, which usually goes through Gweru and Bulawayo. The journey may take several hours (approximately 8-10 hours total, depending on stops). Once you arrive in Victoria Falls, you can take a taxi or walk to Livingstone Way, where the Victoria Falls Bridge is located.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  If you prefer a more direct route, consider hiring a taxi from your location in Midlands to Victoria Falls. This option can be more expensive, typically costing between $100 to $150 USD, but will provide you with a direct and comfortable ride to the bridge. Once in Victoria Falls, ask your driver to take you to Livingstone Way, the location of the Victoria Falls Bridge.

• Local Transport (if in Victoria Falls)

  Once in Victoria Falls, you can use local taxis or ride-sharing services to get to the Victoria Falls Bridge. The ride from the town center to the bridge usually costs around $5 USD. Alternatively, you can walk from the town center, which is about a 30-minute walk along Livingstone Way.
