If you are driving from Gweru, take the A5 highway heading south towards Bulawayo. After approximately 90 km, turn left onto the A4 road towards Matobo National Park. Continue for about 30 km until you reach the park entrance. There may be an entrance fee, so be prepared to pay. Once inside the park, follow the signs for Bambata Cave which is approximately 5 km from the entrance. There are dirt roads leading to the cave, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.
