Walking
If you are in the central area of Mutare, start at the Mutare Main Post Office located on Mkwasine Street. Head east on Mkwasine Street towards the intersection with Robert Mugabe Way. Turn right onto Robert Mugabe Way and continue straight for about 800 meters. You will pass by several shops and local eateries on your left and right. Keep an eye out for traffic as this is a busy road. After approximately 800 meters, you will reach the intersection with Poinsettia Avenue. Turn left onto Poinsettia Avenue. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you see the entrance to Municipality Park on your right.

Public Transport (Minibus)
From the central Mutare bus station (located near the Mutare Main Post Office), take a minibus heading towards Poinsettia Gardens. Look for minibuses that are marked with 'Poinsettia' or 'Palmerston'. The fare is typically low (check with the conductor). Inform the conductor of your destination, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop to the park. After getting off, walk along Poinsettia Avenue for about 100 meters, and you will see the entrance to Municipality Park.
