    We were staying nearby and booked the 2 hour tour. My husband had a quad bike & I had a buggy with my son as passenger ( you need to be 12 to go on the back of a quad bike so he was too young). We had great fun!!! The route takes you around the park & the views are stunning. We stopped off at a waterfall and had time for a swim. Make sure you take your swim stuff! Highly recommend!

    We booked because another trip was cancelled due to rain, so when it started raining when we were in the waiting room I was worried they'd cancel, they didn't. Then when we were getting set up and the rain was torrential, they still didn't cancel. Then I was worried it would ruin the experience. It didn't! I had so much fun! Once we were soaked through (very quickly but plenty warm enough to not get cold) the water and mud just made the quad biking extra messy and fun! The area is stunning, especially in the rain, and quad biking seems the absolute best way to see it! Saw a huge group of deer and lots of birds. The waterfall was also beautiful (though worth noting that it's a tricky and muddy trail to get to it, so may be challenging for those unsteady on their feet). Plus as we were already soaked I just jumped on in! Not that anyone else did for some reason. Shoes you're happy to get wet are a bonus for climbing out of the pool. Then the rain cleared and we saw lots more flying foxes and birds. Our tour guide wasn't very chatty, which I didn't mind. Obvs when riding you wouldn't be able to talk anyway, but when we stopped at the waterfall I did wonder if he would tell us more about the area. All in all a great experience, and if you want an exciting way to see an absolutely beautiful nature reserve then I would deffo recommend. Even in the rain! Though if you want your own quad (they usually do it with 2 people sharing one) then make sure to clarify specifically with your tour operator before the experience as I did have to convince them a little!

    Loved the 2 Hours Buggy Bel Ombre Nature Reserve trip! Perfect for those who enjoy a bit of an adventure. The guides were fantastic - super friendly and kept everyone safe while having a blast. The buggy ride itself was a ton of fun, bouncing along the nature trails. And of course, the finale - a dip under the waterfall - couldn't have been more refreshing! This is a must-do for anyone wanting to explore the beauty of Mauritius with a dose of off-road thrills

    Very nice trip with buggy and the waterful bath! Amazing! We took a nice bath and made nice photos. The guide was very kind and gave us a very good impression of the reserve...

    Very nice activity to do with family! The scenery is beautiful, we climbed to the highest point of the reserve. We saw hordes of deer and deer on the loose. The paths are varied and rough enough to have good feelings. Our children aged 10 and 6 loved it! Too bad we could not do the circuit to the waterfall, the slippery paths did not allow it. Akash our Guide was very friendly and open to discussion, smile and Mauritian good humor!
