    It was a beautiful day in the mountains of Colorado! We took a safari style jeep and sat in the open air! Matt was our guide (I joined 2 couples) and he was an amazing and attentive guide. He gave us history as we drove higher and higher! The road was a bit rutty but he handled it with ease. We arrived at the top and took a couple of short walks around and took some photos! If you have a chance to take this trip do it!!! Thanks for a great afternoon!

    San Juan National Forest

    We will head west of Durango into La Plata Canyon and up to the top of Kennebec Pass. Beautiful scenic mountain views, waterfalls, historic mining sites, and a chance of wildlife.
