The Church of Our Lady (Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk) in Bruges is a stunning Gothic church renowned for its towering spire, which at 122 meters is one of the tallest brick structures in the world. Today, some almshouses still serve their original purpose, while others have been restored and are open to the public, offering a glimpse into Bruges' social and charitable history.

Stoofstraat in Bruges has a rich history dating back to the medieval period. The street was once a key route connecting the heart of the city to the surrounding areas, and its name is believed to be derived from the old Dutch word "stoof", referring to a heated room or chamber, possibly linked to the heating systems of nearby buildings.

Bruges has a total of 77 chocolate shops, but only 11 are artisanal. We are going to visit one of these artisanal shops, where we'll even get the chance to try a real Belgian truffle.

When I say that in Bruges, beer flows beneath the streets, I mean it literally. The Halve Maan brewery has a pipeline that transports beer underground to the bottling plant.
