Our visitor reception point "Alhambra Meeting Point" is located a few meters from the ticket office of the Alhambra and the Generalife.

What to expect
We will visit the military part offering explanations of the defensive structure of the palatine city of the Alhambra, we will go up to the Torre de la Vela to enjoy the spectacular views of Granada, Albaicín and Vega de Granada, explaining the function that the tower had and what it It happens with the Christian conquest. You will visit the Jardín de los Adarves and the Puerta de las Armas.
We visit the 16th century building with an explanation of its facades and the main courtyard, an explanation of its construction, symbols and we indicate the location of the museums it houses.
Alhambra
The public area of the Alhambra is covered, explaining the structure of the city, commenting on Christian modifications such as the church of Santa María de la Alhambra and the convent of San Francisco, currently converted into a national hostel that was the burial place of Queen Elizabeth. We visit the area of the dry land where the ruins of the Palacio de los Abencerrajes are located, a very prominent family of the Nasrid court and the area of the Medina where we will see ruins of the workshops and ovens that they used to build the decorations.
Tour of the Cerro del Sol hill where we will see the Nasrid orchards and the Christian labyrinth gardens of the Generalife, explanation of the flora of the gardens and the fruits that were produced in the orchards. Visit to the Generalife Palace and explanation of its physical communication with the city of the Alhambra. Patio de Polo, Patio de la Guardia, Patio de la Acequia where we will see the summer house of the Sultan, Patio de la Sultana with the cypress and tall gardens. Exit from the enclosure through the Paseo de las Adelfas.
