    I’ve read the other reviews here and realised that those who were lucky to get Dastan as their guide were all very happy. I was elated to receive a text that my tour guide was indeed Dastan. He was very friendly and adaptable. I think the fact that he lived overseas helped him figure out why I asked certain questions; his response perfectly explained what I wanted to know. In fluent English. Highly recommended.

    Almaty penfiliv park is an amazing park. Monument and cathedral are superb. It is a must visit place. You can relax here .kaindy lake never miss this amazing lake

    Overall the tour checks the boxes, that is it. Medeo skating: longish drive and then a glimpse of the skating arena from a distance, that's it. Kok Tobe Hill: the only thing worthwhile here is to have a decent view of the city from the top. There's a direct gondola (cable car) from the city top come here instead of the drive. Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen and cathedral: calm sombre environment ash the war memorial, naturally. The cathedral design and interiors were noteworthy. Good experience. Grand Mosque: was merely a glimpse from the car; it was Friday afternoon prayer time. However, the guide did not suggest anything else given that we could not stop and enter the mosque. Overall it was adequate. The tour started and ended on time (in 4 hours), exactly as mentioned. It covered only those mentioned in the itinerary even though there were other attractions on the way, where one could have stopped for at least a photo opportunity. The guide was courteous and we had a decent general conversation. There's no reason to complain and also there's no reason to be delighted.

    I stayed at the most unprofessional hotel named Golden palace Hotel front desk staff was nor aware what they were doing.they did nothing which was mentioned on booking.com site, Break was the worst I had in my travelling life. I booked two rooms with one day difference in arrival.they did not notice the different date and claimed room charge for on extra day.

Built in 1999 on the site of an old mosque, functioning since 1890, it was included in the list of the main attractions of the city. The capacity of the mosque is designed for 7 thousand parishioners. The territory of the yard is 0.95 hectares. Neat lawns, flowers, benches and lanterns, in combination with stretched leaves of elm and always green firs, give the courtyard comfort and delight the eyes of visitors. 20 minutes, Admission is free

    Medeu Skating Rink and Ski resort

    The ice skating rink Medeu, located at an altitude of 1691.2 meters above sea level, is known throughout the world. It was erected in 1972. The surface of the ice is 10.5 thousand square meters, which allows for competitions in speed skating, hockey and figure skating. The mild climate in the gorge, the optimal level of solar radiation, low atmospheric pressure, weak wind and clear glacial water - all this provided the high-mountain skating rink with wide popularity. More than 120 world records were established here by famous athletes. In recent years, the rink has improved after the modernization.
