The shuttle was prompt and courteous. We had about an hour before the show, which was enough time to have dinner. If we werent so tired we definately would have stayed in the area after the show.
The show was good, the songs were a mix, from different countries.. good for the crowd

We purchased a dinner and cabaret show ticket. The dinner did not taste good at all, but the show afterwards was nice. The cabaret included a diverse set of songs and performances, from different cultures, which was wonderful. The seating arrangement was strange in that they put rows of seats behind another row with tables on the same level platform, which made it difficult to see over their heads. The performers stay afterwards for photos.

This is a worthwhile show, if like me, you're mesmerised by lady boys!

We were called from the hotel reception to tell us that our driver was ready to take us to the Calypso show, this was 1 hour prior to the confirmed time! I advised the reception that he was an hour early and that we weren't ready and they advised us that the driver would wait.

When we did get driven to the calypso show, we were there 1,5 hours before the show started. This worked out ok for us as we hadn't had any dinner and there are lots of restaurants near the show so we grabbed some food.

There are 2 show times for the calypso show, around 7.3pm and the 9.30pm performance, both last between 60 and 90 minutes I believe. This tour doesn't offer the earlier show, so you may want to book direct if you want to go at 7.30pm.

the show consists of lady boys and men dancing around in various fancy costumes. A couple of them come off the stage and into the audience but only kiss those men in the front row - my husband!!

Afterwards, they are all lined up so that you can have your photo taken with them. They do request tipping for this, and get quite annoyed if you don't give too much of a tip!

Overall, worth seeing, the organisation of the transfers was awful though.
