The beach we were taken to was very busy and we struggled to find somewhere for lunch with the limited options. It may be good to provide a small lunch (at an extra cost). The activities for kids were good but no options for teenagers (drawing and face painting). The bus journey to and from the boat was very long.

Very good experience, we all had a very good time. The plans on the trip regarding which beach we were going to changed constantly due to stormy weather and we kept well informed of this so that was good. The only negative was the choice of music during the kids party games (limbo) with explicit language namely the word ‘fucking’ blaring out the speakers. I doubt none of the kids heard or understood but just to let you know in case any future customers raise the issue more seriously.

Boat was fine, staff were fine, children’s mini disco was unexpected - we would all have rather had more information about the sights we were seeing. The boat left us at a place for lunch where the only options were chips, chicken nuggets, hamburger or bread and butter. The other restaurants were bookings only. We felt this was misleading of TUI. What the guide described as cheap and cheerful cost us €45 for four plates of chips and four slices of supermarket baguette, and four soft drinks.

Boat trip and TUI involvement was excellent. Guide was new and struggled with the landmarks. Only problem we had was when we stopped, the part of the island had 3 restaurants. All of them were reservation only. This was a struggle as very hot and with a family who needed feeding.
