Obviously this tour is tied to the ferry service between Kefalonia and Ithaca, resulting in an 7:00am early start. Ithaca is a lovely island and our guide was clearly an enthusiast; however we did seem to spend a lot of time at various locations for either coffee or lunch, as well as a swim stop which only 6 of the tour group participated in. Clearly there is a need to fill the day before heading back on the late afternoon ferry resulting in a 6:35pm return to our hotel

I don’t like the 2 hour tour of the island before we get to Sami. Also I was given a pick up pint of Aristomenis, I was the only one from lourdas so don’t know why I couldn’t have been picked up from Antonia. It is more accessible. I did like on the home journey I was transferred to a small coach early so didn’t have to do all the drop offs.

Meme our tour guide was brilliant and the driver was exceptional. They were very difficult turns and bens in the road and he mastered them brilliantly. The trip was excellent despite pouring rain on occasions. We enjoyed it immensely thank you very much

We had plenty of time at each stop off point to look around. The whole experience was relaxing as well as informative. Also saw a wonderful sunrise on the way to the ferry.

Our tour guide (her tag said diamond) was really clear about the intinery and schedule at each stop, gave alot of information about the island, people and mythology. Her love and passion for this island really shone through and was inspiring. The tour packed a lot in without feeling rushed, was well organised and though we were least looking forward to ths boat part and swim, it was one of the highlights it was a great way to really appreciate the landscape and its islands
