Distance: 8 km. Altitude Gain: +560 m. Scenic drive through traditional villages and terraced farmland. Begin trekking by crossing the Modi Khola on suspension bridges. Ascend through lush forests of bamboo, oak, and rhododendron.
Distance: 12 km. Altitude Gain: +890 m. Walk through dense bamboo and rhododendron forests. Pass Bamboo, Dovan, and Himalaya settlements. Follow the Modi Khola through a spectacular narrow valley. Reach Deurali with impressive mountain scenery.
Distance: 10 km. Altitude Gain: +900 m. Pass Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700 m). Enter the breathtaking Annapurna Sanctuary. Enjoy close-up views of Annapurna I, Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, and Gangapurna. Reach Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m). Experience a stunning Himalayan sunset.
Distance: 15 km. Altitude Loss: -1,820 m. Witness sunrise over the Annapurna Massif. Descend through Machhapuchhre Base Camp and Deurali. Continue through forests and waterfalls to Bamboo.
Jhinu Danda
Distance: 10 km. Altitude Loss: -530 m. Descend through Sinuwa and Chhomrong. Relax in the famous natural hot springs near Jhinu Danda.
