What to expect

Kathmandu

After our arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, a our reprentative/staff will pick us up from the airport and take us to our hotel. We can take rest and later visit the company office in Thamel, a popular tourist hub. However, there will be a welcome dinner in the evening where we get to experience excellent Nepalese cuisine.

Pokhara

Takes 6-7 hour drive and 30 minute by fly and transfer to hotel for overnight. At hotel in Pokhara be refresh, rest or free for personal activities or visit the Lakeside downtown market. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Tikhedhunga

After Breakfast, we drive to NayaPul 1 hr 20 minutes and we drive to Nayapool and start the trek From Birethanti. We trek toTrikhedhunga which is a beautiful village mostly inhabited by the Gurung community.

Ghorepani

After early morning breakfast, We start our trek and climb up the trail towards Ghorepani. On the way, we can enjoy beautiful views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail Mountain (Machhapuchhre) and Ganggapurna. Ghorepani is a beautiful village located on the base of the giant Annapurna and Dhaulagiri massif.

Poon Hill

Early in the morning, we set up to Poon Hill viewpoint for the amazing sunrise views. We then return back to hotel, have breakfast and continue our walkthrough silent rhododendron forest towards Tadapani. The views of Annapurna III, Gangapurna, Machhapuchhre, and Hiunchuli will really attract you.

Chhomrong

We start our trek gently through a inclined trail down to riverside then later this trail goes over to the mountain side. We trek from Tadapani to Chhomrong village, which is situated at lap of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli mountains.

Annapurna Region

Our walk leads us through the trail uphill, on the Beautiful grassy path, depending upon the season, the trek is very pleasant as you reach the higher ground with magnificent view of an array of snow peaks all around you with Annapurna I, a great wall of a mountain from this northwest face.

Machhapuchhare

Today is the bit long day hike up to Machhapuchre base camp but we will forget all our pain because of the magnificent views of Annapurna range including Fishtail, Hinchuli, Gangapurna, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, II. We start our walk gently by ascending through thick bamboo, rhododendron and oak forest. We cross the small bridge on the Modi Khola and continue climbing up the wide and boulder scattered glacial valley. The Machhapuchhre looks very different now as the vegetation is sparse of mainly upland rhododendron. We cross Modi Khola once again and after following it for a while we start climbing up to Machhapuchhre Base camp. Overnight at teahouse and lodges.

Annapurna Mountain Range

Today we start our trek early in the morning (around 4 AM) as we can see the breathtaking view of the sunrise from the Annapurna base camp. The path follows through the alpine forest. After a short trek, you begin to approach Annapurna Base Camp (4130m.). From here, you can see the panoramic views of several peaks which are all so clear. The views hereabouts will give you so clear pictures that will linger in your memories for as long as it takes.

Annapurna Region

From Annapurna Base Camp, we start our walk towards our next beautiful destination Bamboo. We start our walk in the beautiful Bamboo forest and enjoy the beauty of the trail. After six to seven hours of the walk along the amazing beauty of this trekking route, we reach to Bamboo. Stay overnight at teahouse and lodges.

Annapurna Region

After having the early morning breakfast, we start our trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Dada. Jhinu Hot Spring is a famous attraction place where you can easily in the natural hot spring place. It takes about 30 m down from the Jhinu danda located on the bench of the Modi Khola. After taking the natural hot bath it supports to relief pain and tiredness of the trek. Stay overnight at available teahouse and lodges.

Annapurna Region

Jhinu Danda is famous for Hot Spring where you can get a few nice lodges to spend a night. From here, we return back, in the same way, crosses the river and then gently ascends through tiny bamboo trees. The way is up and flat and continues along the road and crosses a small stream from where we take or follow the small walking trail through wheat and barley terraces.

Annapurna Region

The trail follows through the rhododendron forest before arriving Dhampus, it is inhabited by a mix of people: Gurung, Brahman, Magar communities. From here work down to mostly downhill through forest to Phedi from here 30 minutes drive to Pokhara.

Kathmandu

Today is the end day of the trek. We say goodbye to the Himalayas of Annapurna and leave for Kathmandu. Fly or Drive to Kathmandu. We organize a farewell dinner with cultural programs.

Kathmandu

Our amazing journey in the Annapurna Region including that to the base camp of Mt. Annapurna comes to an end today. A company representative will pick you up from your hotel and drop you off at the airport 3 hours before our scheduled flight.
