What to expect

Kathmandu

Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you'll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Pre-trek briefing and welcome dinner. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Dharapani

After breakfast, drive westward through scenic countryside and along the Marsyangdi River valley. Reach Dharapani by private jeep. Overnight stay in a teahouse.

Chame

Start trekking through pine and fir forests, with stunning views of Lamjung Himal. Pass Timang village and arrive at Chame, the district headquarters of Manang. Overnight in a teahouse.

Pisang

Trek along steep, narrow paths with dramatic scenery. Cross over suspension bridges and reach Pisang, where you’ll see the landscape begin to change. Overnight in Upper or Lower Pisang.

Manang

Follow the Upper Pisang trail for better mountain views. Pass through Ghyaru and Ngawal, enjoying panoramic vistas of Annapurna II, III, and IV. Arrive at the Tibetan-influenced village of Manang. Overnight stay.

Manang

Take a rest and acclimatize to the altitude. Explore local monasteries or hike to Gangapurna Lake or Ice Lake for stunning views. This day helps prevent altitude sickness. Overnight in Manang.

Yak Kharka

Leave behind Manang’s green valley and ascend to the drier, rockier terrain. Trek past yak grazing pastures and arrive at Ledar, with views of Chulu West. Overnight stay in a teahouse.

Steep climb to Thorong High Camp through rugged terrain. Take it slow to adjust to the high altitude. Rest and prepare for the next day’s big pass crossing. Overnight in High Camp.

Muktinath Temple

Begin early for the challenging ascent to Thorong-La, the highest point of the trek. Spectacular views from the top! Descend to Muktinath, a sacred pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists. Overnight in Muktinath.

Pokhara

After breakfast, drive through the Kaligandaki Valley, passing Jomsom, Marpha, and Tatopani. Arrive in Pokhara — a lakeside city with beautiful views and great food. Relax. Overnight in Pokhara.

Kathmandu

Enjoy a scenic drive back to Kathmandu along the Trishuli River. Arrive in the capital and transfer to your hotel. Farewell dinner in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu

Transfer to the airport for your onward journey. Or, extend your trip with options like Chitwan Safari, Lumbini tour, or Everest flight.
