    No organization. Had to change trains at least 5 times. More time spent on the bus than outside. Changed groups several times !

    Very bad experience. I do not recommend this Enterprise at all. The vans are destroyed and they carry you like cattle. They took us in a van for 12 and there were 14 of us in the same van. The air conditioning doesn't work and in the middle of the pandemic they get crazy if they try to open the windows. The very high-handed guide and driver. In the Cenote That Should Be A Quiet Mood Dozens Of People Are Shouting And Alcoholized. The guide has you 20 minutes wasting time taking pictures so they want to charge you $25 and if you don't want to buy them they go crazy. Anyway, very bad attention, don't hire this Enterprise.
