    Wasted day. Most of it you will spend in the bus, and just a bit at lakes. If you would like to take photos, it will be on the go.

    It was a VERY long day and A LOT of walking, but the views are worth it!! To get there, we traveled through the different areas of Croatia & our guide was amazing and shared history on each of the areas we passed through (which I wasn’t expecting). We actually had 2 guides on our trip and they both took very good care of our group. I’m so glad we went! It was a day I’ll never forget & now I have a new phone background 😁

    I did a small group tour with Roundabout from Zagreb to the Plitvice Lakes with a brief stop over at a scenic village along the way . Well worth it. Stjepan Klaric , the guide was great . He kept us hooked on the region , the nuances and the culture and answered all our questions with ease. Before the trip started Roundabout treated me to a free walking tour of Zagreb with the same guide . That was brilliant.

    It was a long day but well worth it. We were lucky as it wasn't to busy so queues were short. The guide was very good.

    The Plitvice Lakes and waterfalls are stunning and definitely worth the long journey. Our guide was also very helpful. We just wish that we’d been advised to take food with us as there was very little opportunity to buy food and the quality of what was on offer at the service station stops and park was very poor.

After a 30 minutes break we´ll start sightseeing the Plitvice Lakes and you´ll have free time for lunch. At the end of the visit and after a short break we´ll depart around 17.45h and will be arriving in the resorts around 21.30h.
