Bring your voucher to the At the Top Will Call counter, located on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall, at any time to pick up your tickets. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

What to expect
Experience the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, standing at 2,716 feet with more than 160 stories. You'll be taken on a multi-media journey about its remarkable construction process before ascending in one of the fastest lifts. Upon reaching the 124th floor, enjoy breathtaking views of Dubai from the open-air terrace and use the telescopes to see the city below.
Admission Included
Explore the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, home to thousands of aquatic animals and over 36 individual displays. Walk through the 270-degree acrylic tunnel and get up close with diverse marine life. Please note, admission to the aquarium is not included in your ticket and must be purchased separately.
