Highland Park, coined by local people as Dagustu Park ( literally meaning Highland Park) is located at the highest point of Baku, overlooking a fascinating and unique view of Baku's sightseeing places, such as Baku Boulevard, Maiden Tower, Deniz Mall, Crystal Hall and Baku Ferris Wheel. Here you'll see Flame Towers, building of National Assembly and the Tower of Azerbaijan Television while getting thorough information about the 1990 January Martyrs.

Located in Baku Boulevard, close to the National Carpet Museum and Deniz Mall, Mini-Venice is the place you have the chance to take a boat ride while experiencing the calming sound of the Caspian Sea.
One of late Zaha Hadid's masterworks, named after the former president of Azerbaijan Republic, Haydar Aliyev plays an important role in promoting the art and culture in Azerbaijan, housing hundreds of paintings, sculptures, as well as an exhibition hall.
Heydar Mosque
