    We took our refreshers dive and are going on 2 boat dives with Big Blue Diving. The place has a nice vibe and fit us in on a short notice. Our instructor Arno made us feel comfortable during the refresher exersices and made the refresher feel like an extra dive showing us fish and octopus throughout the dive! We are looking forward to more dives soon! :-)

    Tim was great, very helpful and attentive. The dive was good but very beginner level. If you want to try scuba diving for the first time in a safe cove, this is perfect, but do not expect to see much aside from a school of fish, sea cucumbers, and maybe a tiny octopus if you're lucky. This seems to be more for testing out diving rather than an epic reef excursion.

    Owner manager and instructors impeccable service. Three first timers 8, 13 and 44 and it was a great experience. Breathing under water took some time to get used to and tools to inflate and deflate not sure I inflated properly. Wonderful adventure. Staying calm and trusting the equipment is key.

    We had a great diving experience with our instructor Ursula - I would absolutely recommend, even for nervous/first time divers. I only wish we had time to do it again! We saw plenty of fish and the water wasn't cold at all which was quite unexpected!

    Don't hold back. If Adrian and Mathias can teach me to scuba dive, a 70 year-old man, they can teach you, too. They made it safe, easy, and fun. It was absolutely unforgettable.

    What to expect

    Experience the underwater world in its purest form. Feel what it’s like to breathe and move underwater with our introductory scuba diving experience in the Mediterranean Sea, guided individually by a certified instructor in a safe and controlled environment. Before the dive, you’ll receive a brief introduction to the equipment and basic underwater communication signals. In the water, the dive progresses gradually, letting you adapt comfortably and enjoy the experience at your own pace. The dive lasts 10–15 minutes to a maximum depth of 3 meters, and your instructor will capture a photo so you can take home a memorable souvenir of your first underwater adventure. * To participate in scuba diving, you must be in good physical health. Divers over 60 years old, or anyone with a medical condition or health restriction, must present a valid diving medical certificate issued by a qualified physician. * For safety reasons, you must not fly for at least 24 hours after diving. This guideline is in place to reduce the risk of decompression-related injuries associated with flying after scuba diving.

    Big Blue Diving

    Have you always wanted to have your first experience as a diver without taking a whole course? Then you've come to the right place! You will learn to breathe underwater and move weightlessly. Experience the underwater world in its purest form. Complete rental equipment and diving insurance are included! To book in this Discover Scuba Diving programme, you must be at least 10 years old. You don't need previous diving experience, but you must be in good health. Swimming skills are also an advantage! We first train a few techniques in shallow water. Finally there is a dive along the coast.

    The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
