    Very very bad experience. Had to stand up as the first bus was full and the second bus. Stopped after around 45mins so the driver could have a rest. Did not learn anything about Berlin as we could not use the earphones due to standing. Please please do not use this company as organisation is none existent.

    Bus tour is just a couple of hours in busy traffic, nice enough but wouldn’t recommend it as you have a lot of restricted views of things for much of the route Ice Bar was a great laugh and well worth a visit

    The route was amazing and lots of good sights. Although it took around 45 minutes at one of the stops just to move on… would recommend if you have time to spare

    Having used City Sightseeing in lots of other cities I was very disappointed by the experience in Berlin. The wait between buses was awful, instances where we waited over 45mins. Then on the bus many of the audio outputs were not working. We ended up taking a taxi!!! ICE-BAR-BERLIN was OK but again have been to better. Too full for size and no non-alcoholic options in ice bar.

    I booked this excursion via Viator however when we tried to get on the bus we had to argue that we had purchased the tickets because bus driver was asking us to pay again, so I think you need to educate your bus drivers that the hop on hop off bus tickets can be purchase from various venues. The ice bar was good but small and although you have drinks included you only get 1 cocktail so a little mis leading. It was a good day but a little disappointing.
