The tour with Necdet was fantastic! My two daughters and I truly enjoyed ourselves and it was probably our favorite tour of the entire cruise! Necdet gave us history, culture and catered the tour to exactly what we wanted. We loved the historical sites, as well as learning about the arts. It was so much fun!!! Seriously, you won’t be disappointed—he was an amazing guide!

We met Necdet in Kusadasi and got along immediately. Rather than have a taxi drop us at the site, were able to arrange a tour of Ephesus with him instead. This is something I would highly recommend to anyone. Having a guide improved our experience immensely, visiting the House of Mary, Ephesus and traditional Ceramic and Carpet workshops. Necdet’s understanding of history, politics, arts and culture was impressive and we walked away knowing so much more about these amazing places.

A finales de marzo de 2024, un grupo de 15 personas procedente de crucero contratamos la excursión Best Seller Private Ephesus Tour for Cruisers en español. Dicha excursión incluía Transporte privado (un microbús privado del que no tenemos queja alguna), logística desde y hacia el puerto de Kusadasi, el almuerzo (el cual prescindimos voluntariamente para aprovechar el tiempo aun sabiendo que Viator no quiso descontar el precio), Guía profesional con licencia, y las entradas a la Casa de la Virgen María, la acrópolis de Éfeso y al Templo de Artemisa. Cuando estábamos llegando al acceso de la Casa de la Virgen María nos dijo el guía local sorpresivamente que las entradas a los tres recintos mencionados no estaban incluidas, a pesar de que la reserva de Viator lo ponía muy claramente. Desde la entrada a dicho recinto, el guía local hizo un montón de llamadas a su operador local para aclarar la situación pero infructuosamente le dijeron repetidas veces que la pagáramos nosotros. Estuvimos media hora intentando solucionar el problema, no pudimos contactar con Viator porque aun estaba cerrado. Después de todo el disgusto nos dice el guía que por su cuenta nos pagaría las entradas a la acrópolis de Éfeso y que él ya lo arreglaría internamente. Como resultado la excursión muy mal, 1) no pudimos ver la Casa de la Virgen María, 2) nos llevamos un sofoco importante, 3) perdimos un tiempo precioso para entrar a la acrópolis porque dio tiempo a que llegaran las excursiones de turistas. Lo mejor de todo es la acrópolis de Éfeso, la cual es increíble, el gua local, a pesar del fiasco de las entradas, lo explicó muy bien.
