From Kuşadası, take the D550 highway towards Selçuk. Continue on D550 for approximately 16 kilometers. As you approach Selçuk, follow signs for 'Selçuk Merkezi' (Selçuk Center). Once you enter Selçuk, look for Atatürk Caddesi and turn left onto it. After a short drive, turn right onto Park İçi Yolu. The Temple of Artemis will be on your right. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared for potential parking fees.

From Kuşadası, you can take a minibus (dolmuş) to Selçuk. Buses depart frequently from the main bus station in Kuşadası. The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs around 15-20 Turkish Lira. Once you arrive at the Selçuk bus station, exit and walk towards the town center. Follow the signs to Atatürk Caddesi and continue walking until you reach Park İçi Yolu. The Temple of Artemis is a short walk from the bus station.
