    Figuring out where to catch the bus and which bus to catch and then being flexible when our bus broke down for the 9:35a slot and moved to a later time was very stressful, however, when I did finally figure the kinks out, I had a great time! If you're proactive you will be OK. Signs would be helpful on where the pick-up was, as a tip - if you're doing the pickup at Biscayne Market, you will be catching the Big Bus, immediately behind the Torch of Friendship, on NE 4th Street. A small kiosk will be there and the workers will be very helpful to navigate you on your journey. They do not provide food or a bathroom on the bus but they did have snacks and drinks at the Everglades location for purchase. The bus ride was about an hour, so I recommend using the bathroom beforehand, bringing water and booking a morning tour if you can as traffic might cause delays for your visit. All in all, worth every penny, and we got to see 3 gators in the wild, got a brief alligator show and perused their gift shop. We had AC on the bus and our bus driver Jose offered us some laughs too.

    It was a very smooth journey, me and hubby were running a little late but they waited. It was such a brillant day we spotted 3 Aligators and the show was amazing, We would definatly go back. Thank you Viator

    Great experience! Learning about how they rescue gators at the show was really inspiring. Our bus driver was Santiago and he made it enjoyable!

    Amazing experience! Loved seeing the everglades and managed to see 6 alligators! Thank you Jose, our bus driver, for getting us there safely, very lovely guy. Our captain of the boat Jessy was amazing and hilarious. Really lovely morning! See ya later alligator 🐊

    The check in was nice and easy, we were picked up in Miami Beach for the Everglades tour. Santiago was our driver, great energy for an 8.30am start. Good humour and well organised. The tour itself was enjoyable and overall I think was decent value for money.
