We were greeted extremely warmly by Charlotte and her partner (I'm so sorry I forget your name). We actually made the booking for the wrong day - but it was no problem for them. They made sure we had sunscreen, bike helmets, and knew how to use the bikes properly. Charlotte took us out and showed us how to use the electric option.
Our ride was stunning - lovely paths past animals and nice views. We made a mistake a and took a wrong turn and went completely out of our way (by no means their fault as we had a map - we just didn't pay attention). Charlotte drove out and retrieved us - and then plopped us in a good spot to be on our way to the winery.
We loved the winery, the biking, and most of all, these lovely people who couldn't have been kinder.

The staff were great to deal with, set us up with Moustage e-bikes and recommended a great trail to ride as well as where to stop for food and drink. When we had an issue with a bike they came out immediately and swapped it out.
