He has a very detailed knowledge of Bologna, its history, culture and culinary attractions. He has a wonderful sense of sense of humour. Our tour was exceptional value for money.     I booked a tour to Bologna in Spanish and paid 50€ for it. Unfortunately my car broke down before I arrived in Bologna with my 4-month-old baby. I wrote to them at the time for the change and they only gave me one option when on the web where I hired them they had many. I asked them for the change, but they told me "that at such short notice it was not possible". WHEN I TOLD YOU IN ADVANCE!!! When the so-called "manager" Thomas wrote to them on whatsapp, he told me that I had to apologize for the change. There are companies a thousand times better than this.
