Piazza del Nettuno, 40124 Bologna BO , Italy
What to expect
Piazza Maggiore
Each bolognese day starts in front of a good coffee, and so will this tour. After a chat in front an espresso or cappuccino in a typical caffetteria, we will head to Piazza Maggiore, heart and soul of the city and one of the most beautiful squares of Italy.
Mercato delle Erbe
We will start our tastings from cold cuts: a charcuterie board with the best cured meats and cheeses of the region will make you understand why Bologna is called 'the fat'. Of course some local wine will accompany the experience.
Quadrilatero
We will then head to a pasta factory where you will have the chance to see "sfogline" (ladies in charge of making pasta) at work and taste one Bologna prides: taglietelle al ragù or tortellini in brodo.
Piazza Santo Stefano
A final sweet treat: a gelato from an artisanal gelateria in one of the most beautifull squares of Bologna
