    Our experience with the tour at Buffalo Traverse was outstanding. Jackson was our tour guide. His personality, command of the subject, and enthusiasm for his job was remarkable. We enjoyed every moment!! In addition I really want to compliment our tour coordinator, Carol. She is an employee of B and C experience. I purchased a combo ticket for tours of Buffalo Trace and Churchill Downs. She contacted me immediately and offered her help. Wow!! Such amazing help she was. Because our travel schedule changed a bit, I needed to make adjustments. She worked with me with professional and caring patience. I credit her willingness to do what I needed with our enjoyment of Buffalo Trace and Churchill Downs. She is a model of one who cares. Thank you!!

    We enjoyed the Hard Hat tour on our trip. Our leader, Lee, was informative and personable. He shared personal experiences along with history of Buffalo Trace. The buildings are original in most cases which added to the experience.

    While we enjoyed the tours I felt this did not live up to the price. First of all, the van was horrible. Vent covers were missing, the floor was dirty(I do have pictures), the seats were cloth and worn, the shocks were horrible. We felt every bump and I came home with a big bruise to prove it. Usually, for this kind tour a Mercedes Sprinter van is used. The one we rode in was far from that. We were rushed at Churchill Downs and at Woodford Reserve our tour was pushed back without asking us if that was ok. It did affect later plans. On the whole, just not a great experience.

    “Our experience was absolutely excellent! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. We visited Churchill Downs and Buffalo Trace Distillery, and both stops were amazing. The vehicles were very clean, comfortable, and professional, and our driver was fantastic—friendly, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The whole day ran smoothly and we were able to fully enjoy the experience without worrying about anything. I highly recommend this company if you’re planning a bourbon tour or visiting Louisville. Everything was truly top-notch!”
