    Did this about eight years ago and it was amazing. To my mother along this time and it was just as good. Amazing wildlife including mudcrabs, heron, Osprey and stingrays. A very beautiful part of the world and very quiet. Ricky is very friendly and the homemade bread and hommus at the end is delicious. Tour was adapted for our level as experienced paddlers, which we really appreciated

    A straightforward booking procedure, a welcome at the riverside and a couple of hours or a little more on the river with Ricky keeping an eye out for Mum, the kids and, especially, Dad! Tranquil, enchanting, entertaining and, above all, fun! Nice touches throughout from Ricky with some lovely scrummy bread and snacks at break and at the end. Recommnded!

    Great tour with great guide in Ricky! Both us and our kids loved it. And a nice ending with snacks and later heaps of good photos sent over. We really recommend!

    What a special morning. Just minutes away from the Pacific highway, Ricky gently guided us through the magical mangroves of the upper Brunswick River. We saw sea eagles and kingfishers and felt deeply ‘stilled’ by our quiet paddling through the river system.

    Enjoyed SUP adventure this morning on Brunswick River into farmland surrounded by cattle, white chested sea eagles, gorgeous gums and a guide with an authentic approach to this land and life. Completed with homemade hummus carrots and freshly baked bread which was delivered with care and thought.

    Byron Stand Up Paddle

    After making your own way to our starting point near Brunswick Heads… Our 2 hr tour starts with a lesson; firstly on land (as most customers are new to SUP) before we head off on our relaxing adventure down the beautiful Brunswick River in the Cape Byron Marine Park. Groups are small (max 8) to be able to really soak in the peacefulness. You'll feel far away from the hustle & bustle immersed in nature. We'll share information about what we see & point out wildlife along the way. After a brief stop for some water (supplied), we head off again down the tunnel of trees where mother nature does all the talking. On our return, there'll be refreshing cold water & homemade snacks. Here, most of our customers are surprised they're still dry & comment "It was easier than I expected!" Later, we’ll send you a link to your free photos.
