Buenas tardes, no sabemos a quien hay que dirigirse para solicitar el reembolso. Levantarnos a las 5 de la mañana, para tenernos esperando en el hotel 1 hora desde las 6:30. Tras tres cambios de autobús, hacernos esperar en un centro comercial una hora a nosotros 3 y otra familia de 3 españoles. Parando también en el puerto de Bayahibe y finalmente llevarnos al puerto de la Romana con 4 horas y media a nuestras espaldas y de mi hijo. No llegamos al puerto hasta casi las 11. Ya no había catamarán, pues había zarpado. Nos llevo una lancha en malas condiciones hasta un catamaran, donde nos dijeron sólo teníamos 5 minutos para hacer snorkel, en un arrecife medio muerto, lleno de plásticos, basura, ... rápidamente subimos al catamaran , sin darnos ni una bebida. De ahí a la playa, ... de catalina comida pésima, bebida escasa. Tras Catalina que nos dejaron los últimos, después entendimos el porqué... nos cogió un catamaran de buceo a las 2 familias, que nada tenía que ver con la excursión. Llegamos al puerto de La Romana y preguntamos al conductor que nos llevaba a paso de tortuga, algo raro en la RD... y dándonos vueltas nos dijo que volvíamos a por los de Bayahibe; Eran las 3.30, y nos querían tener hasta las 18.30 esperando.!!! Llegaríamos al hotel a las 12 de la noche, pues seriamos los últimos las 2 familias. Llamamos a la policia pues el jefe del conductor dijo que le daba igual.. que teníamos que esperar. Tras 1 hora y media en Bayahibe tomándonos el pelo. Al ver como estábamos las 2 madres de las 2 familias... a ellos que iban al Paradisus, los metieron en una van con otra compañía. Al ver que nosotros nos quedábamos con mi hijo de 7 años, después de él tomó de día... entre en cólera y un señor que me vio a las seis de la mañana en nuestro hotel, de otra excursión, no podía creer lo que nos están haciendo y se apiadó y nos llevó con su van y su compañía a nuestro hotel de vuelta, casi a las 19.
Por favor solicitamos el reintegro de la excursión y que miren el proveedor de viator en destino que permite hacer esto con 2 familias de turistas que, somos turistas, pero no Tontos.

Upon our arrival in Catalina, you will have time for offshore diving and discovering the spectacular marine life of this legendary sea. After lunch, you will relax on the beach. You will return to the dock in La Romana and board the buses back to the hotels.

We will pick you up in an air-conditioned coach. Then you will reach the dock of La Romana, the port of call for many Caribbean cruises.
