Catamaran Private Afternoon Sunset Sail

Extremely frustrating experience. Had a sunset sail booked for January 1st, and they did not pick us up as promised. We had this booked for months in advance. Upon booking, there was an option to choose a pickup point (our hotel) for an extra $10 per person. We opted for this and it was confirmed in our reservation. We contacted them 2.5 hours prior to sailing waiting to hear what time to be ready. 35 minutes before sailing they reconfirmed our address. 20 Minutes before sailing they asked us to get in a taxi- which we did. We let them know that we were at least 20-25 minutes away… and would end up being a few minutes late. We arrived at 2:36, only to see them sailing out of the marina. 6 minutes late. They did not message us again until the NEXT morning claiming that there was a miscommunication with the captain. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.. They offered the next morning sail.. which wasn’t our first choice because we wanted the sunset sail. We hesitantly agreed because this was the only tour they had room left on and we really wanted to snorkel. They confirmed they would pick us up at 8:30AM at our address. Another BIG mistake, and massive waste of time. I should have gone with my gut… but, was willing to give them a chance to make it right because I had read so many previously good reviews and chalked it up to low staff on Nee Years day, or something. An hour before they were supposed to pick us up, we called and messaged the whats app number that had been communicating with us. NO COMMUNICATION ONCE AGAIN. We waited in our driveway for an HOUR. We wasted so much of our valuable vacation time trying to communicate with this company.. only to get zero response or care in return. Just excuses. I was able to see that the What’s App messages were read that evening but was not even given the courtesy of a response (until I mentioned that I would voice my disappointment in my review). Once again- we were given excuses. Clearly they do not have the ability or capacity to deliver on what they claim to offer. Don’t waste your time or energy. Book elsewhere. There are so many options in the area. AVOID this company until they figure out how to communicate and operate a business professionally.
