What to expect
ADAMIEION Ceramic Art Studio
First you visit the exhibition-shop to get an idea of Dionysia' s work. Then you work with Dionysia for 2 to 3 hours to get familiar with clay and create your own unique ceramic memories from Zakynthos island. The standard project includes the creation of two pieces a turtle and a second more free form (bowl, tile etc). The shape, the style and the decoration of the 2 pieces depends on your imagination and creativity! Your ceramics will remain to dry under the sun and then I will glaze and fire them. They will be ready out from the kiln 72 hours (3 days) after the workshop, depending on weather conditions and my kiln firing schedule. After the workshop you may have a walk in our farm and admire some of the oldest olive trees in Zakynthos.
