Hector, the tour guide was great with sharing history and context with the places we visited. Our English-Speaking tour guide at Chi-Chi Itza was very knowledgeable and took good care of us as well. Communication re: logistics with this tour operator was amazing before the day of the tour was amazing and appreciated.

We had a round-trip pick-up right in front of our resort lobby in the Hotel Zone. There was one tour guide in charge of the schedule and another local guide introducing the history of Chichén Itzá. I’m really satisfied with the price.

Very good deal for the price. Other tours are almost double the price for same service. Food was decent. Guide should've talked more in English during the tour. Entire bus journey was comfortable. Swimming in Cenote is a life-time experience.

Good tour but can do better. The tour woman said good thing about Mayan birth certificate but we don’t know how to interpret. She doesn’t do beyond her duty and doesn’t come to passengers on bus. Only the helper boy and girl came around but they don’t understand English well.
