    Got to skip the queue and our host, Niko, explained to us where all the main pools were. He was very friendly and informative, made the experience a lot easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this company!

    Felt like a waste of money. Skipping the queue worked fine but the ‘host’ was no help at all, handed us the bracelets, gave no useful tips on how to make the most of our time beyond what we’d find out from any receptionist, only offered more info when asked specific questions and then, with a cynical smirk, announced ‘I’m done here’ and disappeared. We had lots of attractions booked in the area and this was, by far, the most rude and useless bit of customer service we came across. Not what I expected from a ‘host’. The place itself was extremely busy and overcrowded.

    I have never booked through get your guide before so I was very dubious about doing so, we were booking last minute for the next day to Zakopane from Krakow. The booking process was straight forward and we received confirmation straight away and we also got a message within the hour from Simon our guide for the day trip with details pick up time and lots of knowledgeable info and also gave us his contact number. On the day everything was perfect, pick up was on time and Simon was a fantastic guide, funny friendly,informative and helpful I think out of all the many trips I have done world wide this one is one of the best and Simon was the best guide, he really gave 100% to making the day fun and enjoyable.He sent us several text full of helpful tips throughout the day eg where to visit on the trips where to eat,drink, the do's and don'ts he even sent a message after the trip full of tips and things to do, eat, visit when back in Krakow. The trip was well worth the money 3 amazing stops I will deffinately be using thousands miles again on future trips and will use get your guide in the future. Simon deserves a big well done for making everyone feel welcome and at ease, he was really funny but informative at the same time.

    Our host Mirek was fantastic! He met us on arrival and gave us our bands which are used for the lockers and payment for everything within the Spa. You pay at the end for anything you’ve used your band for. The spa itself is amazing! We spent the majority of our 3 hour session in the outdoor pool which had stunning views of the mountain. I highly recommend visiting if you are in Krakow. You can get a Flix bus directly from Krakow to Zakopane for around £10 and then a local bus for around £2 or an uber for around £13 to Chocholowskie Spa. It was one of the highlights of our stay.
