    The instructions to find the meeting point or not at all clear. Once we did find the meeting point, we realized it would’ve been less expensive and much easier to purchase tickets on site and get right on a line rather than waiting for the via our group to assemble, in hindsight, we could’ve just shown up purchased tickets for private tour in our group would’ve stayed together our group getting split up and ending up with strangers. It cost seven of us over $300 for a half hour going through congested areas. Not at all what we expected.

    We have always dreamed of going on a gondola ride, and finally had the opportunity to experience this, but if we ever do it again, we would definitely want to be the only couple on the gondola ride, as a young couple cut in front of us and ended up taking the best seats on the gondola ride while we were rocking all over the place in our seats and unable to capture the best pictures that we wanted to get. I strongly suggest that you book it privately and not with anyone else to capture the right moment.

    This experience was really disappointing. It didn’t even last the 30 minutes. Our “driver” didn’t speak to us even when we tried to engage him in conversation. All we did was go in a big loop and was drop off. Not worth the money and our entire party was left feeling disappointed.
