Joined a morning tour as a family of 3. It was friendly, informative, and fun.
Darren was the perfect guide, full of enthusiasm whilst providing a mix of local history and food knowledge. He took us to places we would not have found by ourselves and we loved watching the tagliatelle being made.
The tasters were spot on and it was great to mix with others on the tour when we sat down for lunch in an Osteria.
A perfect lunch was finished off with a delicious gelato!

We had an amazing tour experience with our guide Darren. Not only did we get to have a taste of the best that Bologna offers, Darren provides great historical and lifestyle insight into the city with his easy going demeanor, which makes the tour tasty and very interesting! And we can attest that Darren, who is also a chef, has the best taste in food.

We met Darren our tour guide and once I found out he was a chef and had a love for pasta, I knew we were in good hands. I was there to learn about the food, but was surprised how much I enjoyed learning about the history of the city. I do a lot of research on my own , but to get it first hand from a local chef and foodie was priceless. This experience not only made the day, but it helped plan the rest of trip more clearly.

Great way to taste all the best, classic Bologna foods! Guide was fun and knowledgeable and we learned so much about the beautiful city and its culture. Highly recommend!!!
