Very nice trip to the indiginoud termales. Warm water ( but smells and we prefer santa rosa). Nice cycling trip mostly down. You are on your own but it's easy and always straight. Well organized. Only thing was the non stop Rain... but we had nice obleas then and a hot chocolate at 5he end! Thank you for this original aventure !

The talk with tony in the during the drive there was lovely and we got a lot of informations about our surroundings. The spring was a great experience and it was all easy going and straight forward. The bikes were top and the drive bike easier than we thought

The owner was also the guide and really friendly. He is from Scotland and lives here for 13 years now. He could tell al lot about the nature and also about Colombia. A local girl (Marta) joins us as well as a guide, she was also really nice! The hike was really tuff, but he helps us really well to the top of the Vulcano. After hiking down we did the biketour for a couple of hours. This tour was really amazing and you saw a lot of the mountains.
Wo likes the nature and likes to do sport. I really recommend this tour with Tony (Popayan Tours).

We did the Popayán Bikong tour starting for the Trail Hostal.
It was a great experience since you are dropped off on the top of the mountains at the thermal sources (2700m). Avoid the WE for the thermal bath since it is quite busy!
The ride itself is not so complicated since you have 80% of the tour which is down hill. The tour is self guided and easy to follow since you always follow the main road. You can stop to a small village to have a local lunch.
It took us a little bit more Than 2 hours to cross the 30km back to Popayan.
The bike were in a good shape and well equipped (24 gears, disk breaks,...)
Lovely experience if you spend 2 days in Popayán !

We went with the minivan to the thermal baths, the ride was nice. What a disappointment when we arrived, only 2 of the 5 baths were accessible. 1 was empty (the round one), the large one was closed and filled with dirty water and the other large one was being cleaned. The restaurant was closed and in the little shop there was nobody to serve us some drinks or snacks so we went into the shop and took it ourselves. We paid a cleaning woman for it. The changing rooms were not clean as there was toilet paper on the floor. The ride back with the bikes was nice, great bikes. Be careful for the dogs on the way down, they don't like bikes, my husband got bitten in his shoe.
