This trip was great. A London like double decker bus to drive round highlights of the city. Picked up from the hotel at 4pm.
It gave a real sense of Columbo, visiting the different places of interest.
We were given a drink and a snack which was nice. The guides were lovely, friendly, helpful and very informative - answered questions about things and shared a lot of information about the sights and cultural of the city.
A really nice way to spend a late afternoon and we saw parts of the city at night on the way back to the hotel - beautiful as there are lots of lights. So it was great that we y to do the afternoon trip.
Really glad I booked this trip - definitely worth doing.

Hassle free, with quick response to our inquiries, all booking and payment were done online. Due to safety protocol they have limited slots per trip so better to book in advance.
Me and my 2 sons had a Fantastic Colombo city tour at very affordable price and all friendly staff, from the driver to the assistant and tour guide. Prasad was very professional in English he explained all the historical places in the city. They also provide bottled water and snack.
Highly recommended for a weekend tour with your family, good value for money.

I took part in the CMB afternoon bus tour this Jan and that was very exciting experience for me. They took us around the city which covered a lot of highlights ranging from Culture, history, religion to more interesting places. They also give a brief intro about each spot so that we get an idea. As this ride was with locals they conducted the sessions only in Sinhala but i would have preferred having a brief intro in Tamil as well, so that its balanced to all the audience. They also provide water bottles. Its a good CMB ride all in all and can recommend!

Mark is a photographer as well as a tour guide, so he really has an eye for architecture, which appealed to me. He provided really interesting history, told us fascinating stories, took us to impressive locations and even helped us buy fabulous street food! If you visit Colombo, Mark is your guy. You can tell he loves the city, and he makes you love it too!
